Notice: 2017 Property Tax Assessments

Each year, the Fulton County Tax Assessors' Office issues property assessment notices for more than 300,000 properties throughout the county, including those in the City of Roswell. According to the County, "this year's assessments reflect significant valuation increases in many portions of the County, in line with market trends."

Property owners who disagree with the Current Year Value on their assessment notice have a 45-day appeal window, ending July 5, 2017. Appeals may be submitted online, in person, or by mail. In addition, Fulton County offers numerous property tax relief measures.

For more information, call the Fulton County Tax Assessors' Office at 404-612-6440 or visit www.fultonassessor.org.
