To look-up and pay by phone, call 770-641-3800, you will be prompted with entry instructions after you make your selection. You will have an option for a faxed receipt at the end of the transaction. It's a fast, simple, and secure way to pay your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft

The City of Roswell Financial Services Division offers you the opportunity to have your City Utility payments made directly from your checking or savings account. Through Bank Draft Convenience, your payment can be made automatically and on time, relieving you of the inconvenience of check writing or missed payments. Please complete the Automatic Bank Draft Application.

The City of Roswell does not collect personally identifiable information about its customers. Personally identifiable information on individual users will not be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties. Credit card payments made on the City of Roswell’s website are made through a secure and encrypted method. The server encrypts this information to ensure privacy and protection of sensitive information. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of the payment from this website, contact you credit card company to report the problem.

If you have questions or concerns regarding a payment you have made on the City of Roswell’s website, please feel free to call the City of Roswell's Finance Department at 770-641-3759. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

If you make a payment online, your payment will be posted to your account the following business day. For example, if you make a payment on Friday, your payment will be posted to your account the following Monday. If you select the Submit Payment icon more than once, your credit card could be charged more than once. If this happens to you, or if you over-pay in error, and you would like your credit card to be credited, please contact the City of Roswell's Finance Department, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at 770-641-3759. You will be required to write a letter of request to initiate the credit.

If you choose to charge back a payment you have made in error through your credit card company, your account will be charged $25 each time.
