  • Provides legal guidance to our Mayor, Council, City Administrator, and departments
  • Assists the City in achieving its goals and initiatives within federal, state, and local laws to minimize the City’s liability
  • Attends all official City Council meetings and workshops
  • Reviews and negotiates contracts for the City
  • Provides legal opinions and representation
  • Issues alcoholic beverage licenses
