Host your next business meeting or professional gathering at one of the City of Roswell's many meeting facilities. Not sure which location will work best for your group? No worries! Fill out our rental inquiry form, and a City staff member will help you identify the best option.

For Roswell Specialty Venues, we offer a special flat meeting rate of $75 for the following conditions:
  • Reserved during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Groups of 25 people or less
  • Three hour maximum
Hourly rates and direct costs are otherwise applicable. Range is $40 - $500 based upon day, rental needs, and spaces utilized.

Barrington Hall

535 Barrington Drive, Roswell, GA 30075

Barrington Hall was completed in 1842 for Barrington King, one of the founding members of Roswell. The grounds and house have been preserved with care and the formal garden is one of the oldest public gardens in the Atlanta metro area. Sitting across from Roswell's historic Town Square, convenience, space, and history craft the perfect venue for small to large scale events.

What We Provide:

  • Garden and lawn options that may accommodate up to 400 guests.
  • A rustic 28x30 historic barn space with kitchenette availability, perfect for small gatherings or an extension for larger events.
  • Event attendant.

Additional Information:

  • Barn capacity is 50 lecture/30 seated.
  • Historic House Museum is not available for private rental but house tours for guests may be arranged at additional cost.
  • Barrington Hall is not a full service venue. Additional services, such as planning, catering, and tables/chairs, may be contracted with other vendors.

Bulloch Hall

180 Bulloch Drive, Roswell, GA 30075

Dating back to the founding of Roswell in the early 1840s, Bulloch Hall is a Greek Temple Revival style home overlooking grass lawns and a wooden escape that incorporates a private garden, pond, and pavilion. Located directly off of Marietta Highway/I-120, this venue offers a backdrop of history and outdoor appeal for all events. This site is located beside Mimosa Hall & Gardens and joint property rentals are available, please see Mimosa Hall & Gardens for more information.

What We Provide:

  • Garden and lawn options that may accommodate up to 300 guests.
  • Osage Room: A rustic indoor space with brick patio and outdoor fireplace availability, perfect for small gatherings or an extension for larger events.
  • Outdoor Pavilion shelter.
  • Event attendant.

Additional Information:

  • Osage Room capacity is 50 lecture/30 seated.
  • Historic House Museum is not available for private rental, but house tours for guests may be arranged at additional cost.
  • Bulloch Hall is not a full service venue. Additional services, such as planning, catering, and tables/chairs, may be contracted with other vendors.

Smith Plantation

935 Alpharetta Street, Roswell, GA 30075

Situated on the Roswell City Hall complex, this 1845 Georgia piedmont farmhouse was originally built for the Archibald Smith family. What is remaining of an original 300 acre farm is now a historic house museum and collection of outbuildings tucked away in a wooden landscape but directly across from Roswell's historic Canton Street district, close to Hwy 9, restaurants and shops. Guests will be able to enjoy outdoor facility spaces, grounds, and wooden pathways.

What We Provide:

  • Lawn options that may accommodate up to 150 guests.
  • Outdoor Pavilion shelter that may accommodate up to 50 lecture/30 seated.
  • Event attendant.

Additional Information:

  • May accommodate between 50-150 guests.
  • Historic House Museum is not available for private rental, but house tours for guests may be arranged at additional cost.
  • Smith Plantation is not a full service venue. Additional services, such as planning, catering, and tables/chairs, may be contracted with other vendors.
  • Other direct costs may apply such as alcohol and event permits, or officer fees.

Mimosa Hall & Gardens

127 Bulloch Drive, Roswell, GA 30075

Mimosa Hall & Gardens is an estate in development specifically for private rentals and events. This Greek Revival style home, ca. 1846, was built for the John Dunwody family and is located in the heart of downtown historic Roswell, directly beside Bulloch Hall. The carefully restored first floor will set the stage for all your rental needs along with multiple acres for outdoor event opportunities. Need more space? Consider utilizing both Bulloch Hall and Mimosa Hall. Directly off of major highways to Atlanta and Cobb County, this private venue offers proximity and convenience with several flexible options.

What We Provide:

  • First floor of Mimosa Hall: Double Parlor that may accommodate up to 75 lecture/50 seated; furnished library for cocktail hour opportunities; furnished dining room for food service or small private dinners of up to 10 people.
  • Catering kitchen that includes sink, refrigerator, two microwaves, and convection oven.
  • Multiple garden and lawn spaces for outdoor event staging.
  • Event attendant.

Additional Information:

  • Mimosa Hall may accommodate up to 75 guests. Grounds may accommodate up to 300 guests for outdoor events.
  • A full Bulloch Hall and Mimosa Hall & Grounds package is offered, with full closure to the public.
  • Mimosa Hall & Gardens is not a full service venue. Additional services, such as planning, catering, and tables/chairs, may have to be contracted with other vendors.
  • Additional tour docents may be arranged at additional cost.

Mimosa Hall

Old Mill Machine Shop

95 Mill View Avenue, Roswell, GA 30075

Set on Vickery Creek close to Roswell's famous picturesque waterfall, the Old Mill Machine Shop is the only remaining structure from the Roswell Manufacturing Company, one of the largest textile mills operating Georgia in the 19th century. The building serves as a special events facility today, with easy access to interpretive trails, mill ruins, and Roswell’s iconic covered bridge.

Rent the City of Roswell's premier Chattahoochee Riverfront venue! Sizeable enough to handle your small to mid-scaled events with the flexibility to personalize as you wish. Roswell River Landing is an ideal place to host weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, corporate events, business meetings, and much more. Venue comes with an observation deck over the Chattahoochee River that is perfect for an event backdrop, ceremony, or pictures.


Permits/Fees

Permits are necessary for any group or individual using City property. If you rent a City facility for a wedding, celebration, or meeting, City staff will take care of securing approvals for you, but if you are filming, taking professional photos, selling anything, or hosting a special event like a 5K street race, you will need to apply for a permit at least 48 hours in advance.
