Postponed: Comprehensive Plan Design Workshop

This workshop has been postponed due to inclement weather. Both the lunch and evening sessions will be offered again at a later date.

As part of the Roswell 2040 Comprehensive Plan, the planning team will prepare sub-area vision plans of key locations in the community to identify potential options for how redevelopment can reflect both the community vision and market realities. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the team will hold a series of design workshops virtually to sketch out options at these locations over the course of three Thursdays in late October and early November 2020. There will also be subsequent opportunities to comment on the identified redevelopment options after the workshops have concluded for those who are unable to participate during the live events.

Pre-registration is required to attend these meetings. Please email Jonathan Corona at coronaj@pondco.com to pre-register. You will be sent a Zoom link for the meeting as well as further information.

Thursday, October 29: SR 9 and Holcomb Bridge Road Focus Area
  • Lunch Session (12:00 - 1:00 PM): "Envisioning Opportunities": In this session, our team will cover large topic areas to identify an overall vision for land use, placemaking, and mobility in the focus area.
  • Evening Session (Postponed): "Planning for Redevelopment": In this session, our team will work with attendees to start to pull elements of the overall vision established earlier in the day into a cohesive sketch identifying at least one redevelopment alternative.

Thursday, November 5: GA 400 and Holcomb Bridge Road Focus Area
