The City of Roswell will work to assure the advancement of legal rights and the promotion of maximum opportunities, accommodations, and accessibility that foster dignity and self-determination.

To comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the City of Roswell has completed an ADA Transition Plan. The Plan is designed to address how the City of Roswell manages and upgrades its buildings, facilities, parks, streets, sidewalks, and ramps to comply with ADA standards. The ADA Transition Plan will be used to guide future planning and implementation of accessibility.

The document identifies priority elements for each City building, facility, park, street, sidewalk, and ramp, allowing for review of existing conditions and the data for upgrades or corrections.
