Roswell's Unified Development Code (UDC) is a single ("unified") tool that addresses contemporary development and zoning practices in a format that is consistent and easily understood by administrators, developers, and community members. UDC Design Guidelines
The UDC Guidelines establish clear, concise development regulations that provide appropriate design guidance for innovative approaches to development while maintaining the desired character of Roswell. They address development throughout the City, including the historic district.UDC Zoning Map
The UDC Zoning Map is a graphical representation of the zoning districts that make up the UDC.Historic District Master Plan
The Master Plan for Roswell's Historic District establishes a detailed vision for the district as a sustainable and thriving downtown that protects historic character and resources. The plan also recommends changes to City regulations and standards to support this vision.City Council approved the Historic District Master Plan created by TSW Design on August 12, 2019.
The Historic District Master Plan Regulating Plan Map was adopted on March 9, 2020.
