Roswell Cultural Arts Center is the hub for live performance and is designated for community arts performances, including dance, music, literature, and theatre, with a focus on events presented by and serving the communities of north metro Atlanta. Rental Spaces

Our 600-seat Center Stage Theater is the perfect venue for your next performance. Enhanced by brand new theater seating and professional lighting and audio equipment, this could not be a more spectacular venue! Rental of the theater includes use of the lobby as an audience greeting area, a green room/backstage kitchen for participants, and one dressing room, with adjoining breakout rooms that can hold up to 60 participants.

Applications

To inquire about a rental, please fill out our Rental Application Form. Be sure to give as much information as possible about your event in the "Type of Event" section at the bottom of the form, including any websites or links to samples. All are welcome to apply to rent the venue, but preference is given to ticketed performance events that are artistically and culturally driven and are open to the community. A completed application does not guarantee that a rental will be assigned. All rental contracts are either for daily or weekly rentals – we do not offer hourly rentals or half-day rentals. Before requesting specific dates, be sure to check our Availability Calendar. Dates marked BUSY are unavailable for rental.

Technical Equipment and Crew

All who rent Roswell Cultural Arts Center must retain the services of our preferred technical provider. This crew of 4-6 stage specialists manages the stage equipment, runs lights & sound, and are present whenever clients are onstage or in the auditorium. Technical fees and crew rates are not included in the standard rental fees for the facility and are determined based on the scope of the proposed event and amount of time in the space. Technical crew rates are billed hourly. If it is determined that there are calendar dates available for your event, venue staff will assist in procuring a technical crew cost projection for you to review before signing a rental contract. Rental fees are paid to the City of Roswell and technical services are paid directly to the City's preferred vendor.

Tickets

Roswell Cultural Arts Center requires all event ticketing and patron services be handled by the Cultural Arts Center box office staff using their Accesso Showare ticket platform. Cultural Arts box office staff will be on hand to assist buyers during scheduled hours and on the nights of the performances. Ticket revenue will be collected through Accesso Showare and the client will be paid by check within 30 days after the event. Ticket prices, which may be set by the client, are subject to predetermined ticket and handling fees. RCAC ticket fees and policies apply to all events.

Restrictions

We do not consider applications for private parties, weddings, or wedding receptions. We do not host events with meals for attendees or lobby receptions involving more than 100 people. While some concession items, including alcohol, may be requested, there are additional fees and permits required in these instances.

All clients renting the venue are required to purchase and submit a Certificate of Insurance that fulfills terms set by the City of Roswell Legal Division.
