Roswell Visual Arts is an arts education program that is designed to support and encourage lifelong appreciation of the visual arts. Our program is constantly evolving to advance the artistic and recreational needs and interests of our community and the population at large. Artistic opportunities consist of:

Roswell Visual Arts Program is an entity of the Roswell Recreation, Parks, Historic & Cultural Affairs Department, who partners with numerous volunteers and professional artists to create and maintain a viable and growing service to community of Roswell and the growing metro Atlanta area.








Roswell Visual Arts Center was the first center in the metro Atlanta area to be designed by an architectural team to specifically house visual arts. This state-of-the-art facility, surrounded by 37 acres of parkland, offers:

• Classroom studios
• Galleries
• Sculpture gardens

Roswell Arts Center West is a newly-renovated facility dedicated solely to the ceramic arts. This model facility, surrounded by a 147-acre park of meadows, ponds, and woodland; consists of highly specialized space housing:

• Wheel throwing studio
• Handbuilding and sculpture studio
• Two kiln rooms housing electric kilns
• Outdoor firing area for Raku
• Pit firing and a gas kiln
• Three glaze rooms
• Common room
• Meeting room
• Reception and retail space housing clay art work for sale*
